"Boudeuse" Oysters

The Boudeuse is a Special oyster that didn't want to grow up, or at least not as much as the others. That's why we say it's pouting (bouder, in french).

Selected for their shape to become Spéciales, they remain small and become plumper.

This meaty, delicately sweet oyster has just the right amount of iodine to enhance its rich flavours.

For lovers of fleshy, plump oysters, they are best enjoyed if served as a light snack or appetiser.
