This is the story of an involved and passionate team, which focuses on producing quality oysters. Necessarily in finite quantities.

Whether they are standards, as the Fine and the Special, specifics, as the Fine de Ronce, the Tara oyster from Irland, Manu's oyster and the Royal, they all offer a meaty texture, a flavor and a taste more or less powerful, iodized or nutty.

Some are exceptional, as the "HH", rare, very rare oysters indeed.

Just as a great wine, they are to be deserved, and only the most connoisseurs, the most curious of our customers can taste them.
